PixelWalker 0.8.2b

PixelWalker is a fast, lightweight image browser. This application is useful to quickly navigate and browse images which are stored in folders (such as a cd) rather than in a photo management application like iPhoto. PixelWalker is much more productive than manually using the Finder and Preview applications, and PixelWalker provides support for integration of both of those programs, as well as any other image application on your system. Features include dynamic window modes, fast navigation, full keyboard control, thumbnail views, PDF and Multi-Page Tiff support, external editor launching, automatic JPEG rotation, extensive zoom and pan, and more.

CRW Splitter 0.4

CRW Splitter is a utility application to extract the embedded jpeg image from a Canon CRW file. While Canon provides software to perform this task with their professional series cameras, the consumer models do not have a means to obtain this image. Sometimes editing a RAW image isn't necessary if you have access to the jpeg image already processed within the camera.

ChecksumUtilityX 0.8

ChecksumUtilityX is a small application for Mac OS X to analyze the unique arrangement of bytes within a file. This is useful to quickly determine if two or more files are identical. Differences in filenames and timestamps are irrelevant, because only the actual bytes of data within the file are analyzed. You can drag two or more files from your local machine into the program and it will tell you if they are identical. Also, when downloading a file from the internet, sometimes a copy of the requested file is not created correctly on your local machine. Using this utility, you will be able to verify that your file is identical to the version on the host site, as long as the site lists one of the available checksums to compare: md5, sha1, or crc32.

GeoReferencer 0.5

GeoReferencer is a front end to the GDAL / OGR utilities. Specifically, this program will load a photograph or any other raster data, and allow you to enter known coordinates by creating points on the image. When finished, the program will create a warped output image containing geodetic information. This file may then be inserted into any number of GIS applications, and the image will automatically be located on the earth.
